across Eastern Europe.
We make hiring Eastern European staff as easy and hassle free as possible for you, our Easy Steps are outlined below
Simply contact us today outlining your requirements and we’ll look after everything.
Step 1 - Initial Enquiry & Requirements
Complete the Enquiry Form on our website and submit your Staffing Requirements and the number of staff required in each category. Provide us with a Job Description/Specifications for the positions required.
We also need details of Salary and Conditions for all Positions from which we shall calculate a Gross to Net Wages calculation which all employees utilise to make comparisons with different countries.
Step 2
We review your requirements and contact you to discuss everything to ensure we can source a suitable selection of candidates for your required position(s),
At this stage you will then need to sign our Terms and Conditions before we begin the recruitment process and send you any CVs.
(There are no obligations to use our service arising by signing the Terms and Conditions. However, should you decide to hire candidate(s) presented to you by MPR Recruitment then you are obliged to discharge our fees when the candidate(s) is/are recruited).
We then prepare a Memorandum from the Job Details and circulate to our partners across Eastern Europe. Our local teams then review our pools of available candidates and promote for additional candidates as necessary and specific to your requirements.
Step 3
We send you CVs of all the candidates we believe are suitable for the job and meet all of your requirements.
The selected staff candidates for your position(s) will come from a range of Eastern European countries, and not just a specific country, unless you specify to the contrary in your requirements.
Step 4
You select, interview and hire your preferred candidate(s) from the selection presented by MPR Recruitment.
We can then assist as necessary with final arrangements for your newly recruited staff to start at the soonest possible start date.
